Registration at Royal Westmoreland on Wednesday, June 22nd between 11:00am and 5:00pm and on Thursday, June 23rd from 8:00am to 12:00noon

N.B Your choice of Flight or Category must be stated on the entry form. A Flight or Category will be established only if there are six (6) or more entries. In the event there are insufficient persons to establish a Flight or Category, such persons will be placed in the next appropriate Flight or Category. All players will play and qualify in one (1) Flight or Category only.

Practice

A practice round will be available on Thursday, June 23^rd, free of charge. Bookings must be made with Royal Westmoreland – Pro Shop, telephone (246) - 422-7242, or upon submission of entry form. Practice tee times will be granted on a first booking basis.  

Caddies

Arrangements for caddies shall be made by the competitor.

All Entry Forms must be accompanied by entry fee. Payment can be made by International Money Order, Travelers Cheques or Credit Card. The fee includes one practice round on Thursday, June 23rd, green fees for tournament, lunch daily (June 24-26) and closing ceremony on Sunday, June 26th.

Entry is limited to the first 120 paid up competitors
N.B Entries close Wednesday June 15th, 2005. There will be a non-refundable fee of US$100.00 for cancellation after this date. Registration takes place on Wednesday, June 22nd between 12:00pm and 5:00pm and Thursday, June 23rd from 8:00am to 12noon.
